If you use the enquiry form, the following is submitted: your name, email address, an optional business name, the kind of help you prefer, your rough timing, and your description of the problem. The form also records campaign parameters present in the page URL (utm_source, utm_campaign) and the referring page address, so it is possible to tell how an enquiry arrived.

A hidden anti-spam field is included in the form. If it is completed, the submission is treated as automated and is not processed.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking pixels, and does no advertising measurement. Campaign parameters are read from the page address at the moment you submit the form, not stored in your browser.

Enquiry information is used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to carry out the agreed work. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, not profiled, and not sold, shared or reused for any other purpose.

While this site is in pre-launch, outbound email delivery is switched off and no enquiry database is connected. Please do not submit real personal or commercial information until this notice is finalised.

Enquiries that do not become client work are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the last contact, then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes client work, records are kept for as long as needed for that work and any legal or accounting obligations that apply to it.
